Community Partners for Affordable Housing (CPAH) creates and maintains safe, healthy and sustainable housing with services for diverse residents including families, seniors and people with disabilities in Washington County and SW Portland.
CPAH is a nonprofit housing development agency started in 1993 in Tigard, and has expanded to also serve Beaverton and SW Portland with 372 affordable rental apartments in eight apartment housing communities. In addition to building homes for those most in need, CPAH provides close to 800 residents with services that include enriching youth programs (after school homework club and summer youth camps), annual giveaways of backpacks, school supplies and warm winter coats to hundreds of resident children (thanks to community partners), housing stability and eviction prevention services, a Thriving in Place program for seniors, and referrals to additional services.
