Community Partners for Affordable Housing (CPAH) creates and maintains safe, healthy, and sustainable housing with services for diverse residents including families, seniors, and people with disabilities in Washington County and SW Portland.
CPAH is a nonprofit housing development agency starting in 1993 in Tigard, and has expanded to also serve SW Portland and Beaverton with 372 affordable rental apartments in eight apartment complexes. In addition to building homes for those most in need, CPAH provides close to 800 residents with services that include enriching youth programs (after school homework club and summer youth camps), annual giveaways of backpacks, school supplies, and warm winter coats to hundreds of resident children (thanks to community partners), a Thriving in Place program for seniors, a monthly food distribution (in partnership with Oregon Food Bank), and housing stability and eviction prevention services.
We believe that everyone deserves a safe place to call home.
