Founded in 1993, Community Partners for Affordable Housing, Inc., (CPAH) provides safe, healthy and sustainable affordable housing along with skill-building activities to individuals and families of modest means in Southeastern Washington County and Southwest Portland.
We believe that hardworking families and senior citizens should be able to afford decent housing and still have enough money left for groceries and other basic needs.
In addition to housing, we provide after school and summer youth programs at our sites for the children who live at our properties (we currently have 372 units in our portfolio), and we have a "Thriving in Place" program for our senior residents. These programs and others have dramatically improved the quality of life for many of our residents.
